Our goal is for our customers to enjoy a greater presence and experience in their lifestyle with the help of superfoods, CBD, CB(X), and other wellness products. To ensure that you have the best possible experience, we offer prompt customer support for all of your questions or concerns, lab reports are available for every product, and a reasonable refund/return policy.
Refunds

Refunds are only available by request within 24 hours of purchase. Once a product is shipped there is no refund. You can return the item, but no refund will be granted or applied.

 

Returns

Although we stand by our products, the potency, process, and brand, we just can not accept returns of any product that has been opened. The only way that a product can be returned is within 48 hours of receiving it and with the entire packaging (mailer packaging, internal packaging, and product seal) being unopen and/or tampered.

Upon return, the customer will receive a credit for the purchase, after restocking and possible shipping fee(s) being applied.

 

exchange

The only acceptable means of exchange is to recognize a type of refund or by way of settling the remainder of a return. This will be applied as a credit (in an amount equivalent in USD value) to the customer’s account, so that it can be used on their next purchase.

 

shipping

Bobby Rapscallion will ship throughout the United States of America with orders arriving between 3-5 business days; unless delayed beyond our control, or customer wanting a type of express shipping. Please keep in mind, there are location-based restrictions on select CBD products and customers will be held responsible if customs or duty fees apply.

We will provide a means of tracking the order when applicable.
